  • The purchase of a digital audio file or asset does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership.

  • Unless you have purchased a specific, written commercial license agreement from us, all audio and text files are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. PROHIBITED USES & AI TRAINING RESTRICTION In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • To reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or audio assets without express written permission.

  • To scrape, mine, or harvest audio files, lyrics, or metadata for the purpose of feeding, training, or developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, machine learning algorithms, or generative audio software.

  • To upload our unedited music to distribution platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Content ID) claiming it as your own original work.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall Blaze Music Pte Ltd., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data—arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

5. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND REFUNDS Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital audio files, lyric sheets, and licensing agreements are final. Please refer to our Digital Delivery Policy for complete details regarding product fulfillment and link expirations.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our digital assets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
