1. DIGITAL GOODS AND "ALL SALES FINAL" POLICY Because ericshimin.com operates exclusively as a digital storefront distributing intangible goods (including but not limited to .wav files, .mp3 files, PDF lyric sheets, and digital licensing agreements), traditional returns are impossible.

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been generated or accessed, the sale is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any digital products or licenses. By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this strictly "no refunds" policy.

2. B2B COMMERCIAL LICENSING For corporate clients who purchase a commercial sync license or custom audio agreement, the transaction is final upon the execution of the licensing document. Because the intellectual property rights are granted immediately upon execution, licensing fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. EXCEPTIONS & TECHNICAL ISSUES While we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or accidental purchases, we are committed to ensuring you receive the high-quality assets you paid for. If you experience a verified technical issue, we will provide a replacement rather than a refund.

Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The audio file or PDF is corrupted or will not open.

  • Your download link is broken or expired before you could successfully download your purchase.

  • You received the wrong digital file.

In these instances, Blaze Music Pte. Ltd. will manually generate a new, secure download link or directly email you the correct, working files.

4. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES Blaze Music Pte. Ltd. maintains comprehensive digital logs of all IP addresses, timestamps, and download histories associated with every transaction. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute filed through your bank or credit card provider after a file has been successfully downloaded, we reserve the right to immediately terminate any associated commercial licenses and submit our delivery logs to the payment gateway to contest the dispute.
