DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Method All products sold on ericshimin.com are 100% digital. We do not sell or ship any physical merchandise. Upon successful payment, your digital goods (audio files, PDF licenses, or lyric sheets) will be delivered electronically.

2. Fulfillment Timeframes

  • Instant Downloads: Most digital products are fulfilled immediately. Upon completing checkout, you will receive an on-screen confirmation with a direct download link.

  • Email Delivery: A backup email containing your download links and digital receipt will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout within 5 to 10 minutes.

  • B2B Licensing / Custom Orders: If you have purchased a custom commercial license that requires manual countersigning by Blaze Music Pte Ltd., your final executed documents will be emailed to you within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Download Limits and Link Expiration To protect our intellectual property and prevent file sharing, your unique download links are subject to the following restrictions:

  • Links will expire 30 days after the date of purchase.

  • Each link is limited to a maximum of 3 total downloads.

  • Please ensure you download and securely back up your files (such as to a local hard drive or secure cloud storage) immediately upon purchase.

4. Lost Emails & Technical Issues If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes of purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  2. Ensure the email address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly.

  3. If you still cannot locate your files, contact our support team at ericshimin@gmail.com with your Order Number, and we will manually regenerate a secure link for you within 24 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds for Digital Goods Because digital audio files and licenses are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned," all sales on ericshimin.com are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been downloaded. If you experience a corrupted file or technical error, we will gladly replace the file for you.
