📝 HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

1. Purchase & Briefing: Upon checkout, you will receive a downloadable PDF containing a secure link to our Custom Intake Form to detail your musical narrative, genre, mood, tempo, and specific lyrical themes.

2. Production: Eric Shimin will write, structure, and produce your track using our signature hybrid human-AI workflow.

3. The Private Preview: Within 14-21 Business Days, you will receive a secure, streaming-only private link to listen to the final, mastered track.

4. The 14-Day Decision Window: After receiving your preview, you will have an exclusive 14-day window to decide if you want to negotiate a commercial buyout or co-publishing agreement.

5. Registration & Public Release: If a buyout is not initiated within the 14-day hold period, the track will be officially registered under Blaze Music Pte. Ltd. and scheduled for public release across streaming platforms and our commercial sync licensing catalog.

⚖️ IMPORTANT: COPYRIGHT, OWNERSHIP & BUYOUT TERMS Please read carefully: This initial purchase fee covers Eric Shimin’s studio production time and your private evaluation preview only. It does NOT constitute a "Work-For-Hire" agreement and does NOT include a downloadable file, transfer of copyright, IPI splits, or commercial release rights.

• Default Ownership: Upon creation, 100% of the Master and Publishing copyrights are retained by Blaze Music Pte. Ltd. By submitting a brief, you acknowledge that Blaze Music Pte. Ltd. retains the right to commercially release the resulting song based on your general prompt if a buyout is not secured.

• Anti-Piracy Strictly Enforced: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, "ripping," screen-recording, sampling, or using the private preview audio for AI training. Unauthorized public release or commercial use of the preview audio constitutes copyright infringement.

• Co-Publishing & Full Buyouts: If you love the track and wish to co-publish it (using your PRO IPI number) or purchase the exclusive full copyright to release it under your own artist name, we will negotiate a separate Buyout Agreement.

• Rights Transfer & Delivery: Upon execution of the Buyout Agreement and payment of the buyout fee, Blaze Music Pte. Ltd. will legally transfer the designated copyright/publishing splits and deliver the uncompressed high-resolution audio files and stems.

🛑 REVISION & REFUND POLICY: To keep this service accessible as a streamlined discovery and production tool, this product operates strictly on a single-request, single-production basis.

• No Revisions: Revisions, stems, or alternate mixes are not included in this initial preview phase. The track delivered in your private preview stream is the final, completed master. Please ensure your initial Intake Form is highly detailed!

• Non-Refundable Labor: Because this initial fee covers the dedicated manual labor and studio time required to conceptualize and produce the track, this purchase is strictly non-refundable once production begins, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with a buyout.
